It may not be the cheapest option for your holiday childcare but it has worked brilliantly for my children. It is engaging across the range of ages in Primary school. With all meals and snacks included and loved by my children (they eat things they wouldn't even try at home). Interesting outings and activitie, and a lovely big outdoor area.

The flight flew from RAF Brize Norton on 24th April 2024 with 500 cuddly giraffes on board to raise money and awareness for Great Ormond Street Hospital in memory of Louise Conway who died at just nine years old of leukaemia in 2013. Queen Ethelburga's Collegiate donated 50% of the production costs on behalf of the junior school, Chapter House, and our Forces community across campus - which is about 25% of our total student population.

I would say it has improved in my current 3 years of attending Oakwood school but I feel it still has a long way to go in terms of being a 5 star school, I feel if the school had a higher budget and had a few more stricter but kinder teachers than it might push it up to a 4 star. The other issue I have with the school is I would say the whole management of the school should improve, I feel the behaviour system works but not effective as people re-offend and disturb lessons which throws everyone of focus, we are in Year 9 and choosing/chosen our options and if this behaviour carries on in Year 10 and Year 11 than I feel that our scores will be affected, I would like to see more praising students by rewarding them as I see more punishments handed out than rewards, in conclusion I would say a stronger discipline inforced and more rewards given out. Teachers should be firmer and and more rewarding, the school should work on the behaviour system and work out where the problems lie in re-offending as this should not and I won’t allow it to affect study in my GCSE’s. Good school, improving all the time but still got a way to go with the new headteacher, he is a firm but fair and is passionate about this school, teachers should get more commendation dealing with students ranging from 11-16 5 Days a week and should get a raise as we all take them for granted and really do not thank them enough for their work.
I would suggest a stricter system, as I constantly feel as if my school work is being affected by people misbehaving in my classes and disrupting the lesson.

Teaching the children about the skills they need to be more effective learners, what we call ‘Learnacy’ (A word we made up, but we think it works best!). It is crucial that children develop skills that they will need to adapt to new situations and understand that learning does not end when they leave school, college or university. By making these skills explicit to the children and teaching them techniques to help them improve these skills, we can help children unlock some of the mysteries of ‘what is means to learn effectively’. These transferable skills will help equip them in an ever-changing World.
Amazing school when i was there. Ofsted gave good reviews of the school. Teaching was excellent! I came back to see who was the most dominating house team, Pankhurst, when I was there McCarther blue team used to be one of the most dominating team of all but the tables have turned seems like.

I can't describe how good Meath Green is, though i was there 6 years ago i have some very fond memories. All the teachers are extremely kind and polite, and teach to a amazing standard. The facilities are good, with a swimming pool on sight and various other places located on sight to boost education. The school hold many trips/activities, for example When i was in Y6 we went to France, that's only one of the many trips available All in all- The school is amazing.
Loved every minute of my time there. (1963-4)

Burstow Primary School has done a wonderful job with our 3 children. Plenty of activities to do, including swimming lessons, reading, lots of different sports, opportunities to take singing lessons, learn an instrument, drama, etc. The school also has a Breakfast Club and After School Club for those parents who need dropping off early or picking up later in the day. Burstow Primary also has Early Years admission, meaning it welcomes children of Pre School ages. This is a great benefit: by the time they reach Year 1 age they are already familiar with the school premises and there is no stress associated with starting primary school, it's just a natural progression of what they are already doing. There are also some activities over the year where the local community can get involved, such as the FOBS (Friends of Burstow) organised Summer Fair, the Christmas Fair. Last year (2017) the school also organised a wonderful Christmas Carol's concert, yet another opportunity for the village to get involved. I would recommend this school to any parents.
Now rated the second best primary school in Surrey! You would never think it possible because of the way it looks from the outside but the numbers don't lie. We have got two children currently there (3 last year) and we are very happy with the school. The children are happy and enjoy learning, the teachers also seem to be happy and committed - and the more recent senior management including the Head Teacher are doing a terrific job. The school offers an innovative approach to lunch time that works a treat for the children and many extra school activities including an excellent after school club, football, rugby, singing, etc. Also has a swimming pool that is used between April and the end of the school year. One can truly appreciate this school is on an upward trend.
